A key insight that led to Tony starting CONTENDER in 2022 was that the conventional wisdom about how attention flows on LinkedIn was wrong. We all learned that content should flow from firms down through employees. But no. To gather more attention—a lot more—a firm is far better off spreading its message through individuals and then sharing that content back to the firm page.
To date, very (very) few law firms have embraced this, which means that your firm can attract a disproportionate amount of (positive) attention more or less overnight. All you need is the willingness to empower your people to post—and the right guide.
